Please read the Terms of Service carefully!

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PiGET, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using PiGET.

Description of PiGET

PiGET operates as a digital business card service, seamlessly integrating an embedded cryptocurrency wallet. It facilitates information sharing and enables easy cryptocurrency transactions. PiGET allows users to share personal and professional information while providing secure access to their cryptocurrency assets.

User Information Display

PiGET allows users to display optional categories of information on their profile, including banner, image, name, job title, URL, email, 0x address (crypto wallet address), social media accounts, self-introduction, and chat apps. Users have the discretion to choose the information displayed or withheld on their profile.

Limitation of Liability

PiGET Card Responsibility

PiGET (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") provides the PiGET Card as a digital business card integrated with a cryptocurrency wallet. It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to keep the physical PiGET Card secure. In the event of loss, theft, or unauthorized access to the PiGET Card, we shall not be held liable for any resulting consequences, including but not limited to unauthorized transactions, loss of assets, or access to personal information.

Transaction Responsibility

We are not responsible for any transactions made by the cardholder using the PiGET Card or the associated cryptocurrency wallet. Any actions, exchanges, or transfers of funds or assets initiated by the cardholder are their sole responsibility. We do not guarantee the outcome or validity of any transactions performed using the PiGET Card or its associated services.

Financial Loss Disclaimer

PiGET solely provides the service of the PiGET Card and associated features. We shall not be held responsible for any financial losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by the cardholder, including but not limited to lost funds, failed transactions, or unauthorized access resulting from the use or misuse of the PiGET Card or its functionalities.

Limitation of Service

Our responsibility is limited to providing the PiGET Card and facilitating its functionalities as described in our service offering. Any issues, losses, or damages beyond the scope of the card's functionality and service provision shall not be considered the responsibility of PiGET.

Supported Devices

PiGET is available on Android and iOS devices that support NFC (Near Field Communication) technology.

Wallet Address

The wallet address on the PiGET card is permanently tied to the physical card and cannot be modified.

Device Limitations

Certain functionalities, such as making transactions, may have limitations on iOS devices. It is recommended to use the latest iPhone series for an enhanced user experience.

Listing NFTs on Third-Party Applications

PiGET allows users to list their NFTs on third-party applications. Specifically, PiGET facilitates the process of listing NFTs on platforms like Opensea. Users have the ability to select the NFTs they wish to list and set prices through the PiGET interface.

Please note that PiGET does not manage or control transactions on third-party platforms. Users are solely responsible for managing their NFT listings and transactions on these third-party platforms. PiGET solely acts as a facilitator for the listing process and does not assume responsibility for any losses, damages, or issues arising from transactions conducted on external platforms. In the event of any loss or discrepancy, PiGET holds no liability or responsibility.

Security Measures

Unauthorized individuals cannot perform transactions without card verification, ensuring the security of users' PiGET accounts.

Backup and Security

PiGET accounts cannot be backed up to other apps or hard wallets. It is imperative to keep the physical PiGET card secure at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal Use: The PiGET service must not be used for any unlawful or illegal purposes. Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that violate local, national, or international laws, regulations, or ordinances.

  • Fraudulent Activities: Users must not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations while using the PiGET Card or its associated services. This includes but is not limited to impersonation, deceptive practices, or any actions aimed at misleading others for personal gain.

  • Hacking or Tampering: Any attempt to access, hack, or tamper with PiGET's systems, databases, or infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or information related to PiGET or its users.

Absolutely, here are the new sections to be added to your existing Terms of Service:

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly while using PiGET. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Abiding by all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service.

  • Refraining from engaging in any behavior that may be deemed abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided on their PiGET profile and refraining from impersonating others or misrepresenting their identity.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements arising between users and PiGET shall be resolved through arbitration/mediation. Users agree to follow the dispute resolution process outlined by PiGET.

Service Interruptions or Downtime

PiGET may undergo maintenance or experience unforeseen interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance and will work to minimize disruptions in service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction determined solely by PiGET, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This language grants PiGET the authority to unilaterally select the jurisdiction whose laws will govern the Terms of Service. It eliminates the requirement for mutual agreement and instead places the decision-making power regarding the governing law solely in PiGET's hands. Users agree to abide by the laws of the chosen jurisdiction when using PiGET.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold PiGET harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the service or any breach of these Terms of Service.

Age Restrictions

PiGET is intended for use by individuals who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction and can legally enter into contracts. By using PiGET, users affirm that they have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and are legally eligible to use the service in accordance with applicable laws.

Third-Party Links and Content

PiGET may contain links to third-party websites or content. PiGET does not endorse or control these external sites or content and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or actions.

Consent to Receive Communications

By using PiGET, users consent to receive communications from PiGET, including newsletters, updates, or promotional materials. Users can opt-out of these communications at any time.

Make sure to integrate these new sections into your existing Terms of Service document in a coherent and logical manner.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of PiGET after any such modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
